Cannot reply to alerting SMS

Hello,

I use SMS for alerting, not the PagerDuty phone application.
But I cannot reply to acknowledge, resolv or escaladate the incident.
For your information, I based in France with a French number.

How could I reply to these message?

Our Support team would be happy to help out with this. Because investigating such an issue requires specific information, please reach out to our team at support@pagerduty.com to open a ticket directly.

In this ticket please provide the URL of an incident from within the last 48 hours where your SMS replies were not accepted.
